Miami Lumbar®

The Miami Lumbar spinal orthosis is an easy-to-use brace designed for pain relief, the protection of injured ligaments or muscles and post-surgical immobilization.

A TLSO attachment can be used for maximum immobilization, which stabilizes the spine up to T7. As your patient progresses through different levels of healing, you can step-down the TLSO to a standard LSO brace, or remove the ATE and add the optional axillary shoulder straps to the PTE. Whatever level of immobilization you need to achieve, the Miami Lumbar TLSO accommodates you at every step.

why both the Miami Lumbar belt itself and
its various support panels are sculpted to
hug the contours of the back, improving
comfort, stabilization and compliance.

Breathable Aerospacer fabric and ventilated
support panels combine to keep Miami Lumbar
cool and comfortable to wear for extended
periods of time.

Miami Lumbar relieves pressure over the
spinous processes while applying an even
pressure to the paraspinal musculature to
ensure comfort during healing.

It’s a cinch to cinch.
With a four-to-one ratio drawstring and an
easy-to-use pulley system, Miami Lumbar is
simple to tighten, even for arthritic and/or
geriatric patients.

Successful outcomes.
As you progress through different levels of
