The maximum rental is one month, but you can renew monthly and keep the item as long as needed. We also have a rental to purchase program.
Sanitary items are not returnable. All other unused and unopened items are returnable within 30 days.
There are no hidden fees on the rentals. You just pay whatever the rental fee is when you pick up the item, or when it is delivered.
We recommend checking with your insurance first. We may be out of network, but if you have an RX you can try to bill your insurance with your RX and Receipt.
Local rental services only in Ventura County, California. Local deliveries are complimentary within 15 miles of our location. Delivery fees will be addressed for locations outside of our delivery zone.
Items under “In-store” category are ONLY available at our Thousand Oaks, California store. Items that are marked “online only” are available on our online store ONLY and NOT available at our Thousand Oaks store.

No unfortunately Medicare does not cover safety equipment. Only Gold Coast/Medi-cal/LA CARE if they are primary or secondary cover it, with proper documentation.
